Join us for a beautiful evening of total relaxation and rejuvenation for the Autumn season’s “Beaver" Full Moon in Taurus. This full moon is a also a super moon, meaning it will appear larger and brighter than average as it coincides with the moon’s closest approach to Earth. The name “Beaver Moon” comes from Native American and European traditions, referring to a time when beavers historically prepared for winter by building dams and fortifying their lodges. The Beaver Full moon in Taurus spiritually symbolises preparation, security, and building strong foundations for the coming cold season, mirroring the beaver’s winter lodge building.
Join us to connect with this energy of building strong foundations with a slow grounding evening of journaling, grounding Earth elemental Slow Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga, magical oracle and tarot readings, and soothing refreshments- herbal tea and cacao. Special astrology wisdom will be shared by Patrick to connect you with the full moon energy based on your birth chart.

Mandala Vinyasa
All levels welcome, creative dynamic yoga flow honouring the creative energies of nature, as we connect with the 4 elements of nature - Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. The sequences are carefully designed to target corresponding muscle groups, chakras, and meridian channels for the element.
Vinyasa
All levels welcome, Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa yoga flow that draws from the primary series and works to unite the body, mind, and breath. This practice begins by warming the body with three to five rounds of both Sun Salutations. During the salutations, focus on finding fluidity in your movements by connecting them to the breath. We then move into standing poses, balances, seated and closing poses with Vinyasas incorporated within the practice.
Yin Yang Bliss
All levels welcome, Yin Yang Bliss is a combination of a dynamic Vinyasa flow and longer restorative Yin yoga stretches. Focuses on movement and fluidity with stability and relaxation. Starting with breathwork and a yoga flow and finishing with a blissful relaxation. Perfect way to nourish the body, mind, and embrace the slower energy of Sunday.
